✅ Video Editing & Curation

• Edit high-quality short-form content optimized for engagement 🎞️
• Download, repurpose, and organize existing content for fresh promotion 🔄

✅ On-Camera Engagement & Promotion

• Appear on camera to promote music releases, reels, and brand campaigns 🎤✨
• Engage with fans and artists through live sessions & Q&A interactions 🎭

✅ Administrative & Brand Coordination

• Update and manage website content & data 💻
• Communicate with new artists & collaborators interested in releasing their music with Braj Records 🎼

Job Responsibilities:

🎬 Video Editing:

• Edit music videos, reels, and promotional content for YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Enhance video quality using color grading, special effects, and transitions.
• Work on motion graphics, typography, and animations to make content visually appealing.

🎨 Graphic Design:

• Create thumbnails, posters, banners, and promotional graphics for social media and digital campaigns.
• Design engaging visuals for album covers, event promotions, and marketing materials.

📸 Camera Handling (Additional Consideration for D.O.P.)

• Operating professional DSLR/Mirrorless cameras & gimbals for shoots.
• Assisting in lighting setup, camera angles, and cinematography to enhance video quality.
• Capturing high-quality behind-the-scenes (BTS) footage and event coverage.

Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Proficiency in Video Editing Software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
✅ Graphic Design Tools Knowledge (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)
✅ Experience in Color Correction, Audio Syncing, and Motion Graphics
✅ Knowledge of Camera Handling & Cinematography (Preferred but not mandatory)
✅ Creativity, attention to detail, and storytelling skills
